Dolly's responsibilities included scheduling and conducting interactive-cum-educational events working closely towards building interactive educational material with the curriculum team. She looked into our interactions at Labour Camps to educate children. She worked towards executing those ideas with other on field managers.

NEELANJNEY PILARISETTY

Neelanjney Pilarisetty is Idhant's Finance Manager. His work majorly revolves around handling and looking after the finances of the team. Along with the same, he has active participation in the curriculum team and also helps develop and plan the various courses that we choose to teach the children at Idhant.

BHUSHAN CHOUGULE
Advisor - Public Relations | June 2019 - April 2023
Bhushan was responsible to build and maintain a positive public image of Idhant.
He helped in shaping public opinion of Idhant as a whole and actively handles community building, partnerships with other organizations and various other marketing tactics in coordination with CEO and the COO.
Amongst other things, Social media marketing, creative content creation, and website maintenance came under his profile.

Himani is a firm believer that the youth is what can bring about change in the society. She tried her best to help kids study in whatever way she can. At Idhant she tried her best to come up with fun activities for the kids that help them find the enjoyment in learning.

Ali worked for support services for Idhant in which he was responsible for smooth proceedings of the event and making sure that every child is assigned a volunteer and then colating the feedback which is sent further to the curriculum team for designing of curriculum.

The pleasure of serving society is one that can not be expressed by mere words. While working at Idhant, I’ve watched these children grow into capable young adults and that’s brought me absolute joy. Idhant does a wonderful job with guiding these young individuals through a pathway to knowledge and success!

PALAK KHUSHU

Palak Khushu, an ENTC student from PICT, has always lived by the motto, "Giving back to the society".
It all started, when she visited schools for specially-abled children and has ever since been actively contributing to several old age homes and NGOs.
At Idhant, she served as the Planning Manager, and worked towards scheduling and conducting interactive-cum-educational events for the children. In addition, she also represented Idhant in various legal advancements and procedures.

Idhant has been an experience out of this world; I have felt emotions I had never before. Teaching these lovely kids with eyes full of adoration and a zest to learn always left a smile on my face. And while I taught them from the books, I learnt a lot from beyond.

Idhant was a special experience. At first I volunteered to try something new but then sharing our knowledge with these kids and spending time with them,getting to know them was fulfilling. I had to leave for my masters and the one thing I miss the most is my Saturday Morning with these kids
